1. From the admin toolbar, hover Content » Add Media  » Image gallery or 
2. Click Content
3. Click Media tab
    

   

4. Click +Add media

   

5. Add Name for your image gallery (ex. New Graduate College).
6. Click the Add media button to either select existing images form your media library or add new images. You can add images from your computer by clicking on Choose Files or select images from your existing media by clicking on the boxes next to the images and click insert selected. Refer to the documentation on Images to learn more about how image requirements and the fields required to fill out for each image. Note that image galleries can have 40 images max.
7. Select from various options that control the gallery behavior and display. These include controlling the output of the gallery name, description, image titles, image captions, and links to download the original images. You can also select either a dark or light theme option.
8. Click Save

Tip: Add a caption to your images to give context to the images and make them meaningful to the site visitor. These captions will be displayed for each image in the gallery.

Embed Image Gallery

There are two methods to display a gallery.

The first is to embed it within the body of a content typeA collection of fields that describe a specific type of content, like a news article, a person, or an event. Site admins can add additional content types by enabling optional modules. WDS can also create custom content types for a site. or text block by using the embed media button in the editor toolbar:

1. Browse to the page to include the Image Gallery feature.
2. Click Edit
    

   

3. In the Body field text editor, place your cursor where you want to include the Image Gallery and click the Media Embed icon

   

   from the WYSIWYG tool bar to embed your Image Gallery.

4. Click Image Gallery created from your Library and click Select.

5. Click Save

The second method to display a gallery is to use the Image Gallery Block to add it directly to a page layout, as you would with any other block type.

Edit/Add additional Images to Image Gallery 

1. From the admin toolbar, click Content
2. From the tabs, click Media
3. From the Search/Filter toolbar, select image gallery from the Type
    

   

4. Click Apply Filters
5. Select image gallery you plan to update by clicking on the Edit button next to the gallery.
6. You can remove an image by clicking on the X on the top-right corner of the image
7. You can add new images by clicking the Add media and repeat steps #3-4 in Create Image Gallery. Note that image galleries can have a maximum of 40 images.
8. Click Save

Note: Visit your web page to see updated image gallery.
