#1024: Existing and newly added CSS Injector rules are now applied to your site's front-end theme only by default. Previously, site admins would have to manually select the front-end theme. This prevents your CSS rules from applying to your admin theme, which is typically not desired. Existing rules that were specifically targeting the admin theme are unaffected by this change.

#1067: Lowered the required minimum time that must pass before a Webform can be submitted. This minimum time rule is a spam prevention technique that was configured too aggressively. A warning message will also now be displayed on some Webform admin pages about forms that are missing a CAPTCHA element. It's important to add CAPTCHA elements to all webforms that can be submitted by unauthenticated visitors.
